Ian is the owner/operator of REFINED Hair Studio and has over 20 years of colouring and styling experience. Ian is a qualified hairdresser in the Philippines and in New Zealand. He is also trained and certified in multiple colour systems and enjoys using his knowledge to create exactly what his clients are envisioning when they sit down in his chair.
